Happiness is definitely a state of mind…

I am becoming more and more aware “Happiness is a choice” … when we accept, then no matter the circumstances we can deal with it and still be happy! Not an easy concept, but I am working on it! Our mind set must change from “I will be happy when _____” … we miss the now moments.

I do believe happiness is a choice…but I have to make the conscious decision sometimes because I never got the concept of “being happy” or what happy was until the mid 1970s when I saw Wayne Dyer on Johnny Carson’s…I thought W.D. must be crazy to be so happy…but he got me thinking and
“researching”…sort of embarrassing to admit now this many years later.
Thanks for the food for thought.
