gusty winds
warm sunny day no longer warm..
frigid windchill;
people chasing organic/reusable grocery bags;
stopped to view nativity
repositioned blown over sheep,
enjoyed taking photo of blowing net of trampoline
trees swayed on mountain tops,
hillsides too;
winter grasses bowed to snow,
clouds whizzed thru the sky,
a sight to see.
billowing clothing out to dry,
was it frozen stiff in shape
from the cold winds,
not billowing at all ?

I guess ‘bracing’ cold doesn’t begin to describe your weather! Hope spring arrives early!!

First comes “January Thaw”, then Mud Season, then Spring ! In between, it can snow up to the end of March, occasionally into April.

Now that is winter. We’re suffering because it may get down to 32 tonight. We aren’t prepared for cold. You are heroes to me.

On the coast of Maine, the weather is not anything to compare to what I grew up with in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Froze our buns yesterday, rain tonite ! I would say, 32 would be a heat wave tho right now.
Thanks for the comment.
