It is a really good recipe that can be adjusted to different tastes…the simpler version for children and then the skies the limit. If you need ideas, just google “spaghetti pie”…I got more information than I could deal with !

Spaghetti Pie
2 c. to 4 c leftover spaghetti
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs, beaten
tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce
cooked hamburger broken up into small pieces
Bake til heated thru

Emeril Legasse has a recipe with a grocery cart full of ingredients including a home made sauce.
The idea is to have something for left over spaghetti…I’d never eaten it til Monday night…tho many people had mentioned making it at home over the 40 years I’ve been in Maine. It was very good…they had a vegetarian and regular version…
It tops my mother’s version of spaghetti…
cook spaghetti, break up into 3-4 in pieces before putting into salted cooking oil added water,
cook 1 pound hamburger in electric frying pan, breaking into little pieces, Season with s + p
……………………….Drain meat on to paper towels to reduce grease
return to electric frying pan
Add spaghetti, can of Campbells tomato soup, s + p…. thin with water if necessary
heat through.
Serve.
