Exercise daily keeps you young:  Move.

I couldn’t download the photo so I’ll tell you about my plein aire experience today.  As I was painting at Blueberry Hill, Acadia National Park, Schoodic, I looked up and saw in the distance, a lady doing tai chi on an outcropping of rock quite a distance from where we were painting.  Her back to us, she seemed focused, and was so graceful as she went thru her exercise routine to the sound of the wave crashing on the rocks, sun shining, and birds talking to each other.
