.
It wasn’t my fault..
the story of my life.
I looked guilty when innocent,
she look innocent when guilty…
.
The extra hundred miles
on the car..
it wasn’t my fault.
“I just need to pick up
a few things at the store”.
.
It was long ago…
not my car,
but she knew I had
keys.
So, I was the one grounded.
She told such a convincing
story of staying home
and watching tv.
.
I didn’t know
about TV Guide.
Sigh.
.
Who’d think
they checked the mileage
on the car and then again
when they returns. Double sigh.
.
No one will believe me…
It wasn’t my fault.
