home / away / heat / cold
stamina, patience, can be
your best qualities

running family,
Runner’s Roost, close by your side
creates endurance

Today a half race
Runner’s Roost loves Rock ‘n Roll
endurance still rules

sister, nieces cheer
voices loud along the route
stamina runs deep
