Wrought iron bench and chair sit amongst a forgotten garden by the river.   A cool spot for a hot day to have morning tea…?iced?…probably not…unless they had  ice brought by the ice man, and kept an an  ice box.

just a memory

afternoon shade cools
breeze off river wonderful
old time memory
.
evening shadows come
sit, listen, to night time sounds
cooling off by shore
