All Saints, souls with us
by prayer, remembering
list is long, listen
Priest reads list of names
somber, slowly, with meaning
Remember the dead
Solemn time memories
you’ll some day have your name read

the prompt made me remember the first time I heard the list of names of people read in church…it was done as the sermon…and done on an annual basis…still is.in many churches in this area…and probably across the world. Thanks for the lovely comment.
