I find a cup of tea in the afternoon so comforting…as is your poem. Congrats on getting help with the blog. Hope you will be happy with it.

I am fascinated that the Japanese have the clear cups for the opening of the flower, but then I’m not…it is so poetic and about their sense of beauty and aesthetics, I hope that is the right word, to me.
A cup of tea, a New England habit so it seems to me. One of my favorite artists, and an instructor of mine, said about watercolor painting ….having to have a section dry before working on a section: “you could use a hair dryer, or you could put it in a sunny place, and have a cup of tea or two while it drys by itself. I prefer the cup of tea.” Allen Storer, 1996 and every class after ☺
The new blog is delightful…Sabrina (aka Bree, Brina, Zelda ) is an artist and I trust her sense of design.

A cup of tea is so wonderful in the afternoon…relaxing and as you say, comforting. A good habit to get into.
My granddaughter, Sabrina, aka Bree, Brina and Zelda, is an excellent artist and I trust her design judgement…and this is perfect for me…simple, plain but colorful.
