An original painting from my sketch book from the television news
of a young lady stood in midst of barren ground where a city once
was…there was only a destroyed house and ruble around her
following the ~ 11 March 2011 ~ Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami
in Eastern Japan.

.This painting is from  my sketch book from the point that at this point
the cameras were only showing us the four plants that were in trouble…
there are six. Later when we could see from over head, the plant is huge.
