I love to visit landscaped places that are visions of beauty (or someone’s home or business that has been over the years has developed that random but coordinated sense of beauty.
When I was younger, I didn’t understand, and started late on my yard…amazing what some well situated perennials and annuals can do.

Every so often, not as grand as this, but still awesome, I see places that someone has a green thumb…
What is sad, is if these did exist, they’d be just shells of buildings with random plants. This past weekend, I went to a public garden in Northwest Harbor, Maine that even at just past peek for Autumn, had signs of lushness.
