Did you see the invite to join fb page “ the village people of Chester” a friend lives in Chester no and every year everyone in towns decorated these straw manikins. Also have you ever seen the huge yard near the crossroads of 46 near Dedham and Orland town line people set up a whole series of Halloween spooky vignettes I’ll take photos they are starting to set it up now.
