.==========================
.
Filled with vit C, rose hips are a rich source
of bioflavanoids, pectin, calcium, vitamins E,A
and the B-complex vitamins,
plus selenium, and manganese, .
Rose hips also contain trace amounts
of magnesium, potassium, sulfur and silicon.
Rose hips can be made into a variety of appetizing,
healthy dishes.
Turned into jelly, (which I did one year) syrup,
wine, and they make delightful gifts.
