“Jack” is Jack LaLanne
and I realized when I started with
the sitting yoga and the simple yoga
exercises, that many of the exercises
were ones I saw my Mother do along
with Jack on his tv show…
including the mouth exercises !

“Witchipoo” is my “handle”

==================
.
.
CB…Citizen’s Band Radio
Handle…users radio name
to maintain a hidden identity.
My nickname or “handle”
was “Witchipoo”,
.
The social media in the 1970’s
in Downeast Maine…
and for the long haul truckers
…was the Citizen Band radio’s in cars
and in our homes.
Mine was in my living room
and I’d listen and chat while
painting or just listening…
you may remember the radio,
like the radio but two way !
My nickname or “handle”
was “Witchipoo”,
and it started a flurry of gifts of
another rage at the time,
Kitchen Witches.
.
.
After a visit to my house and seeing
the conglomeration of witches I’d
accumulated ….. some clever, some
cute and some very cheap and tacky…
she found a “classy” Kitchen Witch
with “real hair” and sent it to me…
it is still on my kitchen wall after all
these years.

A Tan Renga has two stanza
and is written by two haiku poets.
The first gives the first stanza (5-7-5)
and the second reacts on the haiku
by writing a two line stanza (7-7).
