it sure has…I hope it calms down soon…Maine is still in the wild of the moon….
temps up and down, many sick, and tonight rain and sleet on the coast.

Oh, it’s a beautiful piece, romantic in a goosebump-inducing kind of way. By the way, you were brave to take that shot of the moon. Outdoors. When I was in Maine, I cheated by taking pictures through a window. 🙂

thank you for your kind words. I do “cheat” sometimes and take photos thru windows, but the moon was “in the wrong place” (ha !) and I had to go out far enough to even see it. I usually go out barefoot…. quickly and snap a photo….last night, I knew better and put shoes on first ! Brrrr. Tonight is a dark and moonless night, so it was in retrospect, a good move to “just do it !”.

I often marvel that people the world over can see the same moon as I do…
when I take the photos, it is often on my mind.
No wolves here, in the city, that I know of, but I’m not one hundred percent sure of it !
Someone last year, someone that lives in the country, told me of hearing a wolf answer the call of another…so that must be where that come from.
I’m getting ready for bed, so you must be getting up…have a wonderful wolf-less day !

One thing I depend on with a camera is a telephoto lens.
As I get older, and my resources get less for non essential purchases, the lens is less and less…this photo was taken with a 10 x telephoto on a Sony cyber shot.
If I have time, which I didn’t last night, I go to Walmart and enlarge the photos … some times it works, some times I’m just lucky to get the shot I did !
